I HAVE A LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SIGNED BY MY GRANDFATHER. CAN THE SIGNATURE BE COMPARED WITH ONE CHEQUE HE SIGNED?

A conclusive opinion cannot be given in a one-on-one comparison. A sufficient sample of genuinely admitted standard signatures are needed for comparison so as to account for the extent of natural variation that can appear in a person’s signature. Conclusive may not be possible unless all characteristics are available for arriving at definitive conclusions, hence submission of more admitted is recommended.
